Your Mission:

Provide exceptional and friendly service for your coworkers, assisting with workstation, network infrastructure and support services for Guestlogix.

As a crew member, your role is to:

  • Work closely with all internal teams to provide first level support via email, phone, and desk-side support
  • Participate in developing and maintaining an auditable, standardized, repeatable process for Production Application and IT Support
  • Perform IT Operations support and IT deployment activities primarily in Windows environments, but various Linux and AWS platforms as well.
  • Maintain tech ticketing system (log new tickets; manage existing) and meet or exceed SLA requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records of IT assets and contribute to the effective asset lifecycle management including repairs, acquisition, refresh, deployment, and disposal).

You make our crew stronger with the following:

  • Post-secondary education and/or extensive related experience
  • ActiveDirectory and Windows Domain Controller knowledge is an asset
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps
  • Experience supporting Win10, OS X workstations, and mobile devices
  • You know Skype For Business/Lync but also have a preference for a better solution
  • Experience with SaaS and/or Cloud solutions an asset
  • You are curious and enjoy figuring things out
  • You know how to ‘Google’ it when you don’t know it (research, fact find)
  • You suppress annoyance when a crewmember asks you something you can solve with 2 seconds of Googling
  • You strive to implement best practices; you are not satisfied with following process “just because” it has always been done that way
