Director, Human Resources

The opportunity

Guestlogix as a company is on a mission to capture a very large, global market opportunity to power billions of Ancillary (non-ticket) revenue for millions of travelers, through the sale of food and beverages, entertainment, duty-free, seat upgrades, lounge passes, attraction and transportation vouchers – and more.

We need a Director, HR to manage and develop the HR team through a period of organizational change. The Director, HR will work directly with the CEO to change corporate culture and reorganize the people strategy to meet present and future needs.  You will boost performance, unify workforce and create a culture of accountability.

What you’ll do:

  • You will serve as a true strategic HR leader for the company, partnering directly with the leadership team and helping enrich the culture and performance of the organization.
  • You will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders to develop a robust HR and talent management strategy.
  • Implement HR policies and programs that support the workforce and align with organizational goals.
  • You will lead and inspire a small HR team.  Managing and developing the team through organizational change.
  • You will establish strong talent management strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent.
  • You will modify policy and procedure to correct service delivery shortfalls and create a culture rooted in accountability.
  • Implement stable and practical HR policies and programs to support the organization
  • Instill a performance-driven environment by sharing KPIs to unify the workforce and the organization.
  • Integrate new hires and drive a culture of performance and accountability.
  • You will counsel senior leaders and employees on all HR issues.

You must have:

  • Undergraduate degree or post-secondary degree in related human resources field
  • CHRP / CHRL designation preferred
  • Senior HR leader with experience in a high-growth technology company is ideal
  • Experience building a strategic HR function in midsize rapidly transforming organizations
  • Global workforce and multi-site office experience is preferred
