Your Mission:

You love a green field to make your mark! In this role you will work with our leadership team to carve out a path to  develop and execute a global partnership strategy. That strategy will include promote our new software platform with existing partners and to develop new relationships with partners, resellers, and agents in key global markets to grow the Guestlogix global footprint to increase sales, grow the customer base, and drive profitability.

As a crew member, your role is to:

  • Create and execute a Partner Strategy: Work with our product development, marketing, sales, finance team to translate business and product strategy into a partner strategy with high value partner opportunities that can that can grow the business and develop a partnership plan.
  • Recruit partners, with winning partnership deals. Develop business cases for each partnership (strategic rationales and economics), and creatively structure and negotiate deal terms, working will key parties at all stages of the deal process to secure buy-in and approvals and drive deals to closure.
  • Manage Partners. Develop collaborative annual & quarterly business plans with partners. Drive constituency to execute on the developed plan, including communication, enablement, demand generation and closing business (working with internal and partner resources) and monitoring partner performance and track relative to annual quotas.
  • Be a thought leader and facilitator.  Be an expert in industry trends including competitive and market dynamics, product and technology trends, and start-ups. Maintain a network of relationships across the industry with partners, potential partners, competitors, investors, thought leaders, etc.

You make our crew stronger with the following:

  • 5-7 years of business experience in SaaS and/or Airline/Rail/Travel industries and a passion for product, technology, and creating great customer experiences
  • Demonstrated track record of creating highly successful relationships and partnerships with technology solutions providers and channel partners
  • A consistent track record of high performance; and exceeding sales targets and key objectives
  • Outstanding communication ability to present and communicate and influence across all levels and functions critical to creating mutually successful partnerships
  • Relevant strategy, analytical, and market development expertise in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial deals.
